Catalyst was established in October 2022 as a joint venture between International Container Terminal
Services, Inc. (ICTSI) and All Transport Network (ATN). ICTSI and ATN are pioneers in their respective
industries – ICTSI as a terminal operator in December 1987 and ATN as a freight forwarder in August
1986, both independent Filipino companies.
Catalyst’s primary objective is to support and simplify our customers’ supply chain workflow through
reliable, end-to-end logistics solutions.
